FlexVivid is a custom software studio in Lakewood, NJ, for owner-run businesses and organizations. We map how your business actually operates, build one system around it, and keep it running and improving after launch. You own the code and your data, and the accounts it runs on are in your name.
Who you actually talk to
A real person, within one business day, who knows your system. Not a support desk reading from a script, and not somebody who has to go and find out what your software does. You'll work directly with Shimon, Founder & Lead Developer, and with the people who build and look after your system. If you call and we're out, leave a message and you'll get a call back.
How we use AI, and where a person always checks it
We build AI into our own work and, where it helps, into the tools we build for you. When you report a problem, AI reads your report against your actual code and prepares a likely fix, often overnight. An engineer who knows your system reviews every one before it reaches you, and nothing goes live until you've tried it on a preview and pressed Accept. That review step is not a formality: it is what stops a plausible-looking wrong answer from reaching your business.
The same is true inside the systems we build. AI can read a handwritten order form or match a payment to an invoice, and anything it is unsure about waits for a member of your staff rather than guessing.
What you own
The code and the information, outright, from day one. We set up the hosting and the other accounts it needs in your name, so you own and pay for them directly, and we keep them running. Nothing is tied to any one of us, and another developer could pick it up and keep it running. It's your system, not a rental.
How we're paid
Building is priced per phase, fixed before work starts, typically $5,000 to $25,000+ a phase. Smaller jobs are welcome too: one process, one report, or one thing that keeps going wrong is a real job and costs less. Running and changing the system is a monthly price based on the system, month to month.
