First we draw your business. Then we build the software that runs it.
We do not start by choosing software. We start by mapping how the work actually moves through your business — who touches what, where it waits, and where it gets typed a second time. The drawing is the deliverable of the first stage, and it is yours whether or not you build with us.
How it usually works today
- You have been quoted for a system by somebody who has not seen how you work.
- The last project ran over because the scope was never really agreed.
- You are told a change is not on the roadmap.
- Nobody can tell you what the thing will cost until it is finished.
What replaces it
- A drawing of your operation, agreed before anybody writes code.
- A fixed price for a defined phase, agreed up front.
- Something you can log in and click through while it is being built.
- One person who built it and still answers the phone.
What a phase costs
Build phases run from five thousand to twenty-five thousand and up, depending on what the phase covers. Running and supporting the system afterwards is monthly and quoted separately. A single process, one report, or one recurring problem is a real job below that band and is how several engagements have started — do not rule yourself out because one number looks large.
You own it
The code is yours and the data is yours, exportable on request. Major new modules are separate build phases rather than being folded in as revisions, so you always know what you are agreeing to. There is no lock-in that would make leaving expensive, which is the point: we would rather you stay because the thing works.
After it launches is the part that matters
Most of the value of a custom system shows up in the second year, when the business changes and the software changes with it. That is the part off-the-shelf tools cannot do, and it is what the monthly covers: hosting, updates, monitoring, backups, and the next thing you need.
