Keep the tools that work. Connect them so nothing is typed twice.
You don't have to give up the tools that already do their job. Accounting, email, calendars, payments and your online store can stay where they are; we connect them to your system so an order, a payment or an appointment is entered once and appears everywhere it's needed.
What it looks like today
- The same order is typed into the store, the spreadsheet and the accounting software.
- Payments arrive in one place and invoices live in another.
- Appointments booked in one calendar never reach the rest of the team.
- Each tool has its own version of the customer list.
What replaces it
- One entry, and it flows to every tool that needs it.
- Payments matched to invoices without anyone copying numbers across.
- Calendars, email and files connected to the jobs and customers they belong to.
- One customer list, kept in step with the tools around it.

What we connect to
Typical connections include Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Sheets), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive), QuickBooks and Xero, Stripe, Square and PayPal, Shopify, payroll providers such as Gusto, and shipping carriers. If a tool offers an official way to connect, we can usually use it; if it doesn't, we'll tell you plainly what is possible.
Built to notice when a connection breaks
A connection that stops working quietly is worse than none, because everybody keeps trusting numbers that stopped updating. Every connection we build is checked, and when one fails the system says so on screen and tells us, instead of carrying on with stale information.
Replace a tool only when it's worth it
Sometimes the tool you have is the problem, and replacing it inside your system is cheaper than working around it. Sometimes it's the best thing on the market and should stay. Which is which is part of what we look at before we quote.
Questions
Questions about Integrations
Something else? Ask in the form below, or call (848) 285-5243.
What tools can you connect to?
Common ones include QuickBooks, Xero, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Gmail, Google Calendar, Stripe, Square, Shopify, Gusto, Dropbox and UPS. If a tool you rely on has a way in, we can usually connect it, so a record entered once appears everywhere it is needed.
Do we have to replace the software we already use?
No. If a tool already does its job, we keep it and connect it. We only suggest replacing one when it is costing you more than it saves, and we will tell you plainly when that is not the case.
What happens if a connection stops working?
The system notices. A connection that fails is flagged rather than left to fail quietly, so a missing payment or an order that did not sync is caught the same day, not discovered at the end of the month.
