Home/What we build/Support & fixes
Press one button. By morning a proposed fix is usually waiting.
When something is wrong with your system, you press a button inside it and describe what happened. You do not file a ticket in somebody else's portal and wait for a queue.
How it usually works today
- You email the developer and wait to hear back.
- Reporting a problem means explaining it three times.
- A small fix waits for the next release window.
- You have no idea whether anybody has looked at it.
What replaces it
- One button, inside the system, with a screenshot if it helps.
- The report is analysed against your actual code — overnight if that is when it happens.
- An engineer reviews what comes back before you ever see it.
- You preview the fix on your own system, then accept it, and it goes live.
What actually happens when you press it
Your report goes straight to us and our tooling starts tracing it through your codebase, identifying likely causes and often preparing a proposed change. AI does that first pass; an engineer reads it before anything reaches you. That review step is not a formality — it is the part that stops a plausible-looking wrong answer from reaching your production system.
Nothing goes live without you
You see the proposed fix running on a preview of your own system before it is deployed. Accepting it is your decision and it is recorded as yours. We can be given permission to move faster on specific projects, but the default is that a person approves what ships.
Why no competitor at this size can offer it
It works because we built the pipeline into the way we run every client system, not because we bought a support tool. It is the same infrastructure across every project we run, which is what makes it worth having built.

We start by drawing how the work actually moves through your business. That drawing is yours whether or not you build with us.
