Your whole team, their week and their hours, in one place

Most owner-run businesses keep their people in four places: a schedule on a whiteboard or a group chat, hours on paper or in a time-clock app, permissions in somebody's head, and onboarding in a folder nobody updates. We build the part of your system that holds all of it, connected to the work your staff actually do.

An illustration. The names and numbers are made up.

What it looks like today

  • The schedule changes in the morning and half the team finds out at noon.
  • Hours are added up by hand before payroll, and corrected after it.
  • Everybody can see everything, or nobody can see what they need.
  • A new hire's first week depends on who remembers to show them what.

What replaces it

  • One schedule everyone sees on their phone, updated the moment it changes.
  • Clock-in and clock-out that add up to payroll-ready hours, ready to send to your payroll provider.
  • Each person sees and changes exactly what their role needs.
  • An onboarding checklist that runs itself and tells you what is still open.

Tell us how the work runs today. We'll show you where it leaks and what we would build first, at a fixed price. The first conversation costs nothing.

Scheduling that knows the work

Because the schedule lives in the same system as your orders, jobs and routes, it can see what needs doing. A shift is tied to the delivery, the job site or the appointment it covers, so a change in one place shows up everywhere it matters, and a gap is visible before it becomes a missed delivery.

Hours you don't have to add up

Staff clock in and out on their phone or a shared tablet. The system totals regular and overtime hours, flags a missed clock-out, and exports the result in the format your payroll provider takes. We prepare payroll; we don't replace the provider that files it, because a ready-made service already does that well.

Permissions by role

A driver sees their route, a manager sees their team, and the owner sees the whole business. Who can see prices, approve a refund or change a schedule is a setting you control, and every change is recorded with who made it.

What is employee management software for a small business?

Employee management software keeps your people in one place: who works when, the hours they worked, what each person is allowed to see and do, and what a new hire needs to get started. In a custom system it is connected to the work itself, so the schedule knows the jobs.

Can it replace our time clock and paper timesheets?

Yes. Staff clock in and out on a phone or a shared screen, the hours land against the job or the shift, and the totals are ready for payroll without anyone adding them up. We can pass them to the payroll service you already use.

Can staff see only what they need?

Yes. Access is set by role, so a driver sees their route, a bookkeeper sees invoices, and a manager sees the team. Changing what someone can do is a setting, not a request to whoever built the spreadsheet.
